Privacy Policy
Effective 30 October 2026. Diceledger is a board-game score pad and play log for Android published by Loadcircle Ltd (England and Wales). This policy describes the whole of our data practices, because there is almost nothing to describe: the app works entirely on your device.
What the app does
Diceledger keeps your board-game log — plays, games, players, scores, winners and notes — on your device. Entries are written locally in the app's own database. The app performs no uploads of your log, ever.
What we collect
- Nothing on our servers. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising networks.
- No personal data leaves your device through the app itself. The only network traffic is between the app and Google Play Billing when you buy Pro.
Data stored on your device
- The log: plays, games (including player ranges and prices you type in yourself), players, scores and notes, in the app's private database.
- The trash bin: deleted records are kept in the app's own database until you empty it, so nothing is lost to a mis-tap.
- No location, ever: the app does not request the device's location and has no reason to.
Export
Your log leaves your device only when you export it (JSON or CSV) and choose where it goes. Export and restore are free and always will be.
Purchases
Diceledger Pro is a one-time purchase through Google Play Billing. Play handles the payment; we never see your payment details. The entitlement is stored on your device and re-checked with Play when you open the app. Pro opens the statistics layer only — no part of your log is ever behind the purchase.
Children
Diceledger is intended for adults and older children who keep their own game-night log, and it is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR / EU GDPR you may contact us about any personal data we hold. As described above, we hold none on our side. If you delete the app, the log goes with it — nothing survives on a server, because there is no server.
